Before you fill in the application form please read the membership process that must be followed before you will be considered for membership.
Membership application is via an online process only
Applicant completes online application form and submits online
Email notification sent to Treasurer and Memberships Officer
Email notification sent to Applicant confirming receipt and information about Nomads including induction “journey” and requirement for proposer to register applicant for games prior to induction
Treasurer sends ‘joining fee’ invoice to applicant via email (Note applicant may pay full subscription, which is refundable if not accepted)
Memberships Officer contacts Proposer and confirms suitability for membership
Treasurer confirms that the joining fee has been paid
Memberships Officer tables new application at Committee Meeting
Proposer to include applicant in monthly match registration
Game day scheduler schedules applicant to play with Committee member in any of the three pre-induction games
Committee member completes the new member endorsement form and send to Memberships Officer
Memberships Officer tables endorsement as to suitability at next committee meeting
Memberships Officer advises Applicant whether his application has been successful or not
If successful, Treasurer sends invoice to Applicant for Membership Fee
Confirmation of payment received to be sent to Membership officer
Membership Officer to advise Captain that induction can take place
Captain prints induction certificate and hands out at next game
Once inducted, the Memberships Officer sends application to Warringah for membership and Golf Link No.
Treasurer remits applicable membership fee to Warringah
Membership emails applicant with password for the site
